Teaching Mental health

Well, I have just returned from the Edimburgo fiesta. I met some people from a Spanish Mental Health organisation and I have the possibility of arranging a connection with my organisation in Derby. The fiesta had many highlights. Firstly I have to mention Cartier Bresson exhibition. Astonishing photography ! Truly astonishing. I will scan some of his stuff in fairly soon and litter it about this web site. The luminosity of the River Forth at Sunset through portobello. The city has much to commend it and for me, it feels as if I am returning home

Well the A level results came through which much joy. I spend much of my time focussed on a future which sees me as some traveller fit but middle aged traipsing around a number of spanish speaking countries whilst now I neglect to attend to the present. Is there a way around this or alternatively could someone present me with a vision on the way that life should be led ?

Today's training was in the textbook english town of Cromford-the weather was hot but the crowd was nice. Even if the powerpoint broke down. Anyway it made me think on my feet, forced me to improvise

Have just returned home. Head bursting-headache which will not shift despite industrial strength painkillers. have cried off attending my book group tonight because of a combination of head plus bad timing Que sera. I feel like the figure in this painting
